Papua New Guinean girls representing their province, Manus, at a cultural show at Caritas Technical Secondary School in Port Moresby in 2000. I painted this after I left Papua New Guinea in 2002. These were my students who gave me the best experience I had teaching overseas.

Carol graduated with a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts majoring in Advertising. While painting on her free time she worked as a Graphic Artist for MTV Asia in the Philippines, taught Expressive Arts at a Secondary School in Papua New Guinea and worked as a Layout artist for a Decal company and a Newspaper company in California where she now resides. Her love for travel is what inspires her to do art.
